All of our striking is adapted to be effective in street situations without the benefit of wraps, gloves or the normal Boxing or Kickboxing rulesets.

This means we minimise the use of strikes that are likely to damage our hands or cause us to lose our footing whilst also incorporating strikes outside of the normal rulesets such as:

  • Dirty Boxing Techniques

  • Open Handed Strikes

  • Strikes to areas outside the normal Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing or MMA rule sets
